Our VoIP Consultants are involved in analyzing all aspects of the VoIP network, making recommendations on key technology, architecture, security, ensuring enforcement of key policies and best practices across the infrastructure.

The VoIP Consultants and Network Engineer will be involved in supporting and making suggestions to the VoIP design, configuration, security, long term planning, operational support and project management of large telecommunication systems, associated data networks and/or network security systems.

Skills :
o Experience in large, global enterprise environments (10,000 + users)
o Cisco switching, routing and wireless
o Avaya VoIP - Aura
o Polycom Video Conferencing
o IT Security
o General background in server administration, DNS, and DHCP
o ITIL experience an advantage.
o Knowledgeable of data and voice technologies and trends
o Grounding in Network security principles
o Knowledge of latest trends in Operational best practice.
o Clear thinker with proven ability to work with complexity and ambiguity
o The resilience and stamina to sustain high performance standards under pressure.
o Good communication skills.
o Sound analytical and problem solving skills
o Team player

Education :
o Bachelor's degree preferred, Associate's minimum
o Cisco switching, routing and wireless
o Avaya VoIP
o Polycom Video Conferencing
o General background in server administration, DNS, and DHCP
o ITIL experience an advantage

CERTIFICATIONS
o CCNA - minimum, CCNP preferred
o Avaya certifications preferred
