Sub-contractors must know how to sew and be able to provide examples of work. Quality, timeliness, reliability and open communication are essential. You must have your own sewing machine (a home machine will suffice, no industrial needed). All contract work is done off site and at your personal work space. You can set your own schedule as long as deadlines are met.
